Casual #OOTD in Indy

Happy Thursday, Friends! This has been a busy week in our house! We are heading to Utah this Saturday to see Darek’s family… and then we’re going to Maui! Ahhh! I’m just a little excited ;). The girls are staying with his parents and their cousins in Utah while we go and they are so excited. We’ve visited Utah every few months since the girls were born so they LOVE going there. Brynleigh constantly asks, “How many more days until we go to Grandma Ronda’s house?!”. They are looking forward to spending time with Grandma and Grandpa, riding Grandpa’s horses and hanging out with all of their cousins. Maui will be the first vacation Darek and I have taken without kids in 2 years! I’m excited to spend some quality time with the hubs and relax in Hawaii for a few days by the beach. Be sure to follow along on my Instagram to see what we’ll be up to while we’re traveling!

We are heading out the door to run some errands before we leave this weekend but I wanted to quickly share this comfy outfit I wore to lunch in downtown Indy a few weeks ago with you guys. One of my go-to casual looks lately has been a pair of jeans, a pullover, and a pair of mules. It’s such a quick + easy outfit to run errands or go to lunch in– and it’s comfortable (mom-win)! I found all of these pieces from Nordstrom! When I’m looking for casual everyday pieces, Nordstrom is my first stop because they always have a huge selection and I know the quality of the clothes will be amazing. They also make returns so quick + easy if something doesn’t work out or fit quite right. If you follow me on social media, you’ve probably already seen me in this Madewell sweatshirt because I’ve been wearing it on repeat. The fabric is so soft and cozy and I love the embroidery detailing. I bought a size small! Every girl needs a good pair of basic, dark-wash skinnies for Fall and these skinny jeans are so flattering. You also can’t beat the $64 price point for quality denim. These jeans ended up being the perfect length for me (I’m wearing a size 2 for reference) so I didn’t need to get them altered but I love that Nordstrom offers quick alterations if you need them. Since this outfit is super casual, I added a fun pop with these adorable metallic flats. Mules are a huge trend for Fall and these are an affordable way to try out the trend if you’ve been thinking about it! XO

**Thank you Nordstrom for sponsoring this post! As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own. 🙂

I have a quick question your personalized phone case from the dailybedited. Did you use the blind or is your personalization a color. Can you please let me know. Thank you

Hi girl! I think it’s the blush color and I used gold for the monogram!
