Lavender Duster

Is it seriously Friday?! This week flew by! Darek was on a business trip all week so needless to say we were all SO happy for him to get home yesterday. I thought I’d give you guys a little update of what’s going on in our lives. The girls have their dance recital this weekend so we are going to have a crazy busy weekend but I am so excited to see them dance! They’ve practiced all year and it’s seriously the cutest thing ever to watch them up on stage. Hopefully Brynleigh doesn’t get stage fright like she did last year– you  guys, she cried up on the stage the whole time during her number.  It’s so funny because she LOVES to dance and is so excited to go every week but then when it came down to GO time she froze, poor Babe! I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this year she will rock it out! We leave for Florida next weekend so we’ll be busy packing and getting ready for that next week.  I’ve already bought WAY too many swimsuits for the trip, you guys…I have a problem, ha!  We’re renting a beach condo with my Mom, Dad, sister and nephews.  The girls are looking forward to see their Aunt Katie and cousins :).  My sister and I are super close and we always have so much fun together.  I’m so excited to see her and my sweet nephews, next week can’t come soon enough!

Ok, so about this cute outfit…I’m majorly swooning over this lavender duster! I mean, how gorgeous is this color?!  I’m wearing a size XS for reference.  I paired it with my fave boyfriend jeans and this flowy layering tank ($25). It would also be SO cute with shorts. I’ll definitely be wearing this duster all Summer long! Also, you guys know I’m obsessed with these neutral lace-up heels. Be sure to check them out if you’re looking for some new heels because they are so comfy and they’re on SALE– woot!  I hope you all have a fun and safe weekend!   Thanks for stopping by! XO
